From the Loire to Alsace: East & West Wine Tasting
East and West are not opposites — they are two ways of tasting France.
Join us at Bleu Provence for an intimate evening devoted to two of France’s most eloquent wine landscapes. To the west, the Loire Valley — Atlantic light, river wind, and the quiet minerality of Sancerre, Muscadet, Bourgueil, and Chinon. To the east, Alsace — slopes sheltered by the Vosges, where Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Noir speak with aromatic precision and age-worthy grace.
This curated tasting is a conversation in the glass. Loire whites answer Grand Cru Riesling. A Sancerre rosé meets Alsatian Pinot Noir. Cabernet Franc of Bourgueil and a mature Chinon close the evening with depth, memory, and time. Ten wines, two temperaments, one France.
Between each tasting, our kitchen will offer a selection of house-made hors d’oeuvres, thoughtfully prepared to complement the wines and elevate the experience.
