Though best known for their exceptional sweet wines, Château Guiraud also produces a fabulous dry white wine from organic certified vines that are on average 35 years of age. A blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Sémillon, it is hand-harvested, fermented mostly in oak barrels and then aged for an average of 7 months in barrels with regular stirring of the lees.
